Meet Your Attorney
Jonathan D. Rudolph, Esq. is an attorney with more than three decades of experience in both the private and public sectors. He was admitted to the New Jersey state bar in 1991, and served as the law clerk to the Hon. Howard H. Kestin, J.A.D., in both the Law and Appellate Divisions of the New Jersey Superior Court. He is eligible to practice at both the state and federal level.
He served as a Deputy Attorney General for the New Jersey Division of Law in both the Securities Fraud and Consumer Fraud prosecution assignments. He was certified in 1991 as a mediator and conciliator by the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts.
In addition to his skills as a general practice attorney, Jonathan has extensive experience in data governance, ediscovery, and the supervision and surveillance of electronic communications in both the financial services and health care industries, and has consulted to companies such as JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, and Citi.
Jonathan received his B.A. degree from Cornell University and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark. He also completed a two year course of advanced legal training in the Justice Morris Pashman American Inn of Court.
On December 29, 2020, Jonathan, together with two other co-inventors was issued US Patent 10,880,254, for Techniques for Supervising Communications from Multiple Communication Modalities.
